Create lasting impact and drive change

In a rapidly changing workplace—marked by remote work, constant connectivity, stress, and economic uncertainty—taking care of your teams is key to collective success and retaining talent. Learning to work without burning out, incorporating active breaks, and adopting healthier habits means investing in the long-term sustainability of your organization.

But raising awareness isn't that simple.

Employees are overwhelmed with requests

Their time is running out

Those who participate in wellness programs aren't necessarily the ones who need them the most

The problem:

All too often, initiatives aimed at raising awareness about QVCT and workplace well-being struggle to reach their target audience.
Voluntary workshops held during break times often amount to nothing more than a drop in the bucket, yielding no lasting results.

Our expertise: turning significant events into lasting change.

Our event formats

Conferences and seminars

We bring stress and sedentary-behavior prevention to wherever your teams come together — seminars, conferences, team-building events, executive committee meetings, kick-off meetings, plenary sessions, onboarding events, after-work gatherings, internal forums, client events, or QVCT Week.

Sensibilisations sur les postes de travail Yogist

On-site awareness sessions

Our signature innovation: mobile sessions—awareness-raising activities conducted directly at workstations, whether in factories or offices.

In 15 minutes, every employee learns how to work without strain — going beyond traditional ergonomic guidance.
Posture, micro-movements, breathing, focus — delivered right where the work happens, without disrupting it.

Our strength lies in reaching out to teams, catching them in the midst of their daily routines, and sparking immediate insights that lead to lasting changes in habits.

Workshops YOGIST

Workshops

Unlike traditional lunchtime wellness workshops, which often reach only the same few employees.
Through our Well At Work game, our job-specific introductory workshops, and our themed workshops (on sleep, nutrition, stress management, and more), everyone learns how to work without burning out and how to establish new group routines. This makes the prevention of psychosocial risks practical, useful, and sustainable for everyone.

Événements à distance Yogist

Online

We plug directly into your video calls and online events — whether fully remote or hybrid — to get screen-bound participants moving and breathing again. Well At Work webinars and micro-breaks revitalize participants, rebuild connections remotely, and help everyone work better—whether in the office or remotely—without burning out.

L'Oréal France – Organizing Recharge Day

As part of its Simplicity 2 program and its strong commitment to psychological safety, L'Oréal Group has enlisted YOGIST to organize its "Recharge Day."

A multi-format campaign designed to reach all audiences:

  • 19 YOGIST Well At Work® facilitators are working simultaneously across the six campuses in the Île-de-France region, conducting sessions directly in office settings to teach stress prevention and management techniques.
  • A live webinar bringing together 400 remote workers to share Well At Work practices and foster a sense of community.
  • 1 conference dedicated to the community of 200 HR staff members, gathered for a seminar to gain a broader perspective on the challenges of health, sustainable performance, and psychological safety in the workplace.

YOGIST rose to the challenge of organizing a simultaneous awareness day across all our sites, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail and high-quality execution. Well done to the whole team!

AIR LIQUIDE: Time for operators to catch their breath

Raising awareness among production workers about the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), directly on the shop floor, while taking their operational constraints into account: this is the challenge we took on with Air Liquide at three industrial sites in France. These teams are exposed to repetitive movements, awkward postures, and fast-paced production schedules, with little time available for traditional prevention programs.

A 100% field-based solution, designed to adapt to the realities of industrial environments:

  • Three days of mobile sessions, held at the Saint-Priest, Vitry, and Sandouville sites
  • Interventions carried out directly at workstations, as close as possible to the operators
  • Short, accessible, and practical formats integrated into daily production
  • A focus on preventing musculoskeletal disorders, physical recovery, and long-term body protection

All the participants are convinced of the benefits that regular practice of these routines can bring, even in an industrial setting. Some even do them on their own initiative, both as a preventive measure and for recovery! I was surprised by the enthusiasm this approach generated on the shop floor — among people I had expected to be rather reserved." Franck B., Site Manager

How do Well At Work events work?

Charte Yogist

With YOGIST, your QVCT events become truly engaging experiences, custom-designed to leave a lasting impression, widely engage employees, and create a lasting impact that feels authentic.

Experiential booths, awareness-raising sessions during a seminar, “surprise” appearances in the workplace—whether in-person, hybrid, or remote—we tailor the format to your goals.

Inspiring talks, signature workshops centered around the Well At Work Game, interactive sessions, or quick presentations: a dynamic, accessible, and immediately practical experience. Participants leave with concrete strategies, lasting resources, and the motivation to start changing their habits the very next day—regardless of the group size.
