OUR BELIEF: Quality of life at work is experienced every day

  • Prevention and well-being activities take place during working hours — built into the team's calendar, not pushed to breaks or personal time.
  • Managers must lead the way, creating shared moments of relaxation and movement that fuel team performance.
  • Breaks and recovery periods are key to building skills and improving performance: concentration, creativity, mental clarity, and team cohesion.
  • These initiatives must be consistent and supported by an internal employee to foster a new work culture.
