OUR BELIEF: Quality of life at work is experienced every day
- Prevention and wellness activities are scheduledduring working hours, incorporated into the team’s calendar, and not relegated to breaks or leisure time.
- The initiative must be led by the manager to create a shared space for relaxation and movement that fosters high performance.
- Breaks and recovery periods are key to building skills and improving performance: concentration, creativity, mental clarity, and team cohesion.
- These initiatives must be consistent and supported by an internal employee to foster a new work culture.
