The certification training program to become Well At Work Facilitator

A 3-month training program consisting of 3 sessions leading to professional certification to facilitate workshops on preventing stress and musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace

Topic: Staff members leading workplace prevention workshops

MONTH 1

DAY 1: 7 a.m.

  • Welcome and Introductions
  • Learn about work-related conditions and ailments with our osteopathic partner.
  • Introductory Workshop, Part 1: Experience a YOGIST workshop for yourself to feel its benefits.
  • Method 1 Training: You will learn about the objectives and underlying anatomy, and master the techniques of the first five steps of the method.

DAY 2: 7 a.m.

  • Practical Workshop: You’ll put the techniques you learned yesterday into practice by participating in role-playing exercises.
  • Introductory Workshop Part 2: Experience a YOGIST workshop for yourself to feel its benefits.
  • Method 2 Training: We’ll cover the objectives and underlying anatomy, and you’ll learn the techniques for the final five steps.
  • Learning to Teach: You’ll learn the key principles for leading a YOGIST session in a corporate setting.

40 days of training:

  • Independent study using digital resources
  • Real-life training exercises with your family and friends / colleagues

MONTH 2

DAY 3: Via videoconference – 6 hours (the second month)

  • Group discussion on getting started with the YOGIST method
  • Small-group workshop: You’ll take part in an online role-playing exercise to help you adapt to working from home
  • Toolkit: You will gain a deeper understanding of educational principles and safety guidelines, and learn how to design a workshop tailored to the specific trades involved
  • Best Practices: Analyzing a Work Situation and Designing a Workshop
  • Practical Application: You're working on a case study and practicing how to design a corporate workshop
  • Group brainstorming: How can I convince my manager/my company/my colleague/my client?
  • Group preparation for certification exams

45 days to complete the materials needed to earn your certification:

  • Video recording
  • Drafting a written report on a real-life situation at your company or a client’s site

MONTH 3

Final step to becoming a Well At Work Facilitator

Exams required to obtain your professional certification:

  • At the end of the third month: Oral defense before a panel to present the video, the written report, and the career plan.

If all criteria are not met during the defense, a retake (with personalized support) will be offered.

How can I finance my training?

Available funding options: Personal funds, Personal Training Account, company training budget. 

€2,000 excluding tax + VAT (20%)
or €2,400 including tax.

With my training account – CPF

The YOGIST training program is eligible for funding through your CPF. All employees, whether on permanent or fixed-term contracts, are entitled to training. This entitlement is provided in the form of credits in euros, which are added to their activity account annually. Employees can use their training budget whenever they wish during their personal time, or—with their employer’s approval—for training during work hours. Visit your CPF portal here to check your balance and register.

Employer Training Plan

YOGIST is a Qualiopi-certified training organization. Employers are required to implement a skills development plan. Employees are welcome to suggest training programs to their employers if they fall within this framework. We recommend contacting the Human Resources department or your manager for more information about this internal plan. YOGIST will provide you with the necessary materials and agreements.

France Travail, FIF PL

Training costs may be covered in part or in full depending on your situation: through France Travail (Individual Training Assistance – AIF, subject to eligibility and approval by your advisor) or through the FIFPL for self-employed professionals (subject to the applicable coverage criteria and procedures).
