Trust and reliability

Do you spend your days in front of a screen

You manage, you decide, you produce, you keep things moving.
And yet, no one ever taught you how to do all of this without burning out.

  • Feeling mentally drained at the end of the day?
  • Do you have tension in your neck, back, or shoulders?
  • Having trouble recovering, even when you finally slow down?

These are the the evils of screens. They have become the norm in the modern workplace.

Discover My Well At Work Day with YOGIST®

For the past 10 years, YOGIST has been supporting those who work in demanding environments—executives, managers, and highly connected teams—in corporate settings where the pressure is real and the stakes are high.

To mark the release of Volume 3 of the YOGIST Method, which focuses on screen-related ailments, we’ve decided to take things to the next level.

Make this experience, which has so far been limited to organizations, available to the general public.

You’ll attend a talk by Anne-Charlotte Vuccino, our founder, play the Well At Work Game, learn stress-relief techniques for working at a computer, and develop your own health and wellness routines for the workplace.

A limited-edition first run. Only 25 spots available. Join us!

What is the purpose of your Well At Work Day?

To teach you, in very practical terms, how to:

  • work at a computer without straining your body,
  • prevent wear and tear caused by a sedentary lifestyle,
  • reduce mental load,
  • really recharge, even when you're short on time.

No theoretical talk.

A meaningful, immersive day that you’ll feel in your body and mind for a long time to come.

This day is perfect for you if:

  • Whether you are an executive, manager, self-employed professional, consultant, or employee,
  • most of your work is done on a computer screen,
  • you want to have a long and successful career,
  • You feel that just “getting by” isn’t enough anymore—you want to do better.

This first edition is intentionally limited to 25 participants in order to ensure a high-quality experience… and to lay the groundwork for future Well At Work Days across France.
