Inspired by the Climate Mural, with its 60 problem-solution cards, this collective intelligence workshop raises awareness of physical and mental health issues in the workplace, helps identify risks (psychosocial risks, musculoskeletal disorders), and helps teams find concrete solutions to implement.

A Well At Work facilitator guides your team to address their needs:
1. Discovery : Team activity to identify the connections between Problems and Solutions using the game cards
2. Solutions : Group discussion of issues and implementation of priority techniques, guided by the facilitator.
3. Commitment : Debriefing and development of individual and collective initiatives to be implemented on a daily basis to evolve work practices.
