YOGIST Nomadic Sessions are short, dynamic, and targeted sessions conducted on-site directly in open-plan offices, workshops, and workspaces.
Far from traditional workshops or those disconnected from reality, these mini-sessions take place right in the heart of the action, alongside the teams. They enable everyone to learn, in just a few minutes, how to maintain their physical and mental health in a connected, demanding, and often sedentary work environment.

A Well At Work YOGIST facilitator visits your workspaces—offices, open-plan areas, and workshops—following a route planned in advance with you and your managers. The goal: to meet with teams where the work actually gets done.
1. Engage with the teams
The facilitator moves around the room, strikes up conversations, and, through a few exchanges, identifies each person’s needs, concerns, and challenges.
2 : Host live demonstrations
In just 15 minutes, it’s time for action: poses, micro-breaks, breathing exercises, stretches, and simple movements—all tested and put into practice right at your desk to stretch your back, focus amid the noise, and recharge your energy… together with your coworkers!
3 : Fostering dialogue and tailored solutions
Interactions are spontaneous, and advice is personalized. Each employee leaves with concrete guidelines tailored to their specific work situation.

COMMUNICATION
To ensure buy-in from your teams and maximize the impact of the Nomadic Sessions, each session is planned in advance with your HR teams and managers.
We work with you to design the facilitator’s program, identify key areas, and tailor messages to specific roles and on-the-ground realities. At the same time, we provide you with a ready-to-use communication kit to inform, reassure, and inspire employees to participate.
This kit may include:

The “Commando-Style” Nomadic Sessions come directly to your employees where they work: on the shop floor, in the warehouse, in the store, or in the haute couture atelier! No meeting rooms, no theoretical lectures: in just a few minutes, the facilitator shows them simple, effective techniques to relieve back pain, protect their joints, and prevent fatigue and accidents.

A Well At Work facilitator steps in at key moments:
1. The YOGIST team goes directly to the field, moving from team to team within the workspaces.
