I am a professional trainer for adults, primarily in corporate settings. I am currently enrolled in the Yogist training program, which I discovered through my CPF account.
What were you looking for in the Yogist – Well At Work® training program?
I was looking for a stress management course that could provide me with additional tools for my practice. So I was delighted to start the course yesterday. I learned a lot of exercises that can enhance my services.
My goal is to develop an effective, hands-on stress management training program for all companies.
What stands out to you from your first day of training?
We’ve already had some hands-on practice. We’ve obviously covered a lot of theory, but putting it into practice helps you remember the theory right away. I’m thrilled with this first day—now all that’s left is to keep going and learn new exercises.
