Karine's review of the Yogist – Well At Work® training sessions

Our certification training programfor facilitators of workshops on preventing stress and musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace takes place over three days. This can be done as two in-person days in Paris followed by one day via videoconference, or all three days via videoconference. At the end of the training program, participants take a certification exam. We wanted our training to be dynamic, practical, comprehensive, scientifically grounded, and, of course, educational. But ultimately, who better than the trainees themselves to speak about it? That’s why we gathered the thoughts of Karine, a newly certified Yogist trainee.

Karine, what did you think of those two days of Yogist training?

Karine's response:

The training is excellent, with a good balance between theory, practice, and osteopathic principles. It’s well-organized and not overwhelming. The schedule runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with ample breaks. We don’t waste time, nor are we bombarded with information. The fact that we’re actively involved really brings everything to life.

I found the content to be very relevant; it immediately puts us in the context of the exam and the subsequent work we’ll be doing. Basically, what we’re taught is extremely informative and clear! It’s very accessible and practical—everything is well put together. I even missed my RER stop on the second day because we were having such a lively discussion with another participant!

Can you tell us about the third day of training, the one that takes place via videoconference?

Karine's response:

The content of the virtual workshop on the third day is excellent. The breakout groups and meeting rooms come together naturally, and everything runs smoothly and is very clear. Marie leads the session using real-life examples and answers ALL of our questions.

The charts explaining the benefits of each exercise are clear; everything is great, from the content to Marie’s instruction.

In your opinion, what sets the Yogist training program apart from other training programs you've taken?

Karine's response:

I’ve taken a lot of training courses—some good, some not so good—and this one is fantastic! You can really feel the support throughout the entire course. So even though the standards are high, you feel supported all the way through to certification.
