An avid yoga enthusiast, she is training at Yogist for her colleagues
A dedicated yoga practitioner for several years, Nadra was looking for quick techniques to relieve back pain during work hours that would fit into everyone’s busy schedules. Aware of the challenges of remote work, Nadra also wanted to help her remote colleagues by ensuring they were comfortable working from home.
Committed to the well-being of her colleagues, she aspires to become the Well At Work representative within her company, thereby fostering a culture of well-being. It’s best to hear it in her own words:
Nadra:
I discovered the Yogist method through LinkedIn and Anne-Charlotte Vuccino’s profile, which led me to the Yogist.fr website. I immediately felt that this was a training program that might interest me. That feeling was confirmed during the first day of training.
What I was looking for personally was a training program that could teach me techniques to relieve back pain while I’m at work. Why at work? Because we don’t have time to exercise or do yoga.
Professionally, I wanted to be able to help my colleagues and implement this method within my company, which places a strong emphasison workplace well-being.
