An employee at a major banking group, she trained at Yogist
She chose the Yogist training program to become a workplace wellness facilitator. Here’s her story.
Hélène:
I work for a large banking group. I decided to take this Yogist training because I see a lot of people around me who are stressed and don’t necessarily make an effort to get daily physical activity. We also do a lot of remote work; and we notice that in the open-plan offices, many people complain—some about back pain, others about neck pain, eye strain… and so on. That’s what really made me want to take the training, to bring more well-being to my colleagues’ daily lives.

I hope to be able to offer them exercises soon so they can practice workplace well-being on a daily basis.
About these two days of training: I was really excited—I was already looking forward to it even before I arrived. And honestly, I feel recharged! Because I think it’s really positive and energizing; you already learn so much that’s beneficial for yourself.
I already started practicing on the subway yesterday, despite the challenges of public transportation. I can’t wait to share these exercises with the people around me. I’m thrilled to continue and share everything I’ve learned—both the new techniques and all the knowledge I gained during these two days of training, as well as what I continue to learn.
