Digital marketing and business consultant trained in the Yogist method: Marion’s testimonial
Read the testimonial from Marion Pollet, a marketing, digital, and business consultant and higher education instructor, who chose to join the 14th cohort of Yogist – Well At Work®’s workplace wellness facilitator training program.
Marion:
I am a self-employed consultant specializing in digital marketing and business. I also teach at the secondary school level.
I chose the Yogist training program to develop new skills in stress management. I also wanted to understand the root causes of stress and how to equip employees, managers, executives, and senior leadership in general to deal with these new challenges of the modern workplace.
“[The two-day training session enabled me] ‘to provide guidance, targeted exercises, and an approach that is ultimately tailored to the company’s context’”
Marion Pollet
Marion:
After two days of training, I really learned both:
- the theoretical aspect, including the anatomy of the body; that is, understanding the causes and symptoms of workplace ailments
- to be able to provide support through targeted exercises and a comprehensive approach tailored to the company’s context and its diverse workforce. And, ultimately, to contribute to overall well-being and quality of life at work.
In terms of practical application, I’d love to start applying this to my own daily life as early as tomorrow, so I can better understand and experience the benefits of the exercises. That way, I’ll be able to effectively guide the participants in my future workshops. I will apply the method both in the corporate world, with my clients, and with my students in secondary education. Regarding the latter, the goal is to prepare them for their first job and during their apprenticeship or internship.
