Here, Bastien Q., an employee at an international company, shares his experience and his plans for putting what he’s learned into practice during the first part of the in-person training session here in Paris. He funded his training through his CPF, with support from his company. Bastien had been a firm believer in the method for quite some time and was eager to get started.
“I hope to lead wellness workshops during our international meetings—via video conference and in English—to introduce the Yogist method to our global teams.”

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
My name is Bastien, I’m 35 years old, I’m the training manager at a mid-sized company, and I’m from the Paris region.
How did you hear about the Yogist method?
I first learned about the method through LinkedIn Learning, where Anne-Charlotte’s videos were being streamed. From there, I did some research, contacted Marie, the training manager, and bought one of Anne-Charlotte’s books to learn more about the Yogist – Well at Work® method.
Why did you choose this program?
The goal is to apply this in the workplace, but why not during family meals as well! With all my meetings and video calls, I’d like to share this with my colleagues. It’s often difficult to incorporate well-being into your routine over the long term, but the short format of these exercises is ideal. Yogist’s short sessions are perfect for this.
What are your plans once you're certified?
I work for a medium-sized French company, a subsidiary of a British group, and I report to a manager based in the Netherlands. I’m part of an international team and am responsible for training in Belgium, Switzerland, and France. Every week, we have meetings with our European colleagues, as well as those from the U.S. and South America. Several of them have expressed a desire to talk about topics other than work, and the subject of well-being has come up.
With that in mind, I’d like to start by incorporating the Yogist method into my company, beginning with one or two meetings. If this becomes a regular practice, we can take it further—perhaps by introducing the Well At Work game; that would be great! Even just implementing the short 5-minute modules would be a great start.
I hope to be able to lead these sessions during our international meetings—via video conference and in English—so that our international teams can learn about the Yogist method.
