Presentation for the EVE International Leadership Program

Launched in 2010 by the Danone Group in Evian, the EVE program is an inter-company leadership seminar designed for “enlightened” women and men (source: eveprogramme.com). Yogist has been involved in the program for eight years through the contributions of Anne-Charlotte Vuccino.

A leadership program designed for women—but not just for them!

Image theme: inspiring managers and diversity

Every year, the EVE Program brings together around 700 managers from major companies for three days, featuring some 30 highly inspiring speakers. The initiative was originally launched by women at Danone to help women within their company break through the glass ceiling. Today, the program welcomes both men and women and is open to companies.

The goal of the program is to help participants develop themselves to improve their performance and drive change within the organization. It addresses issues related to management, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and many others.

It was only natural that Yogist became a partner for this event!

Managers at the Heart of Workplace Well-being

Anne-Charlotte Vuccino, founder of Yogist – Well At Work®, leads energizing workshops. In groups of 30 to 50, managers participate in a session of the Well At Work® game. They learn how to incorporate moments of recovery into their workday. Above all, they learn to incorporate these “recovery” moments into their daily management practices as rituals for their teams.

Here’s how a session of the Well At Work® game with Yogist works:

  • Through a card game similar to the Climate Mural, participants explore the sources of mental and physical stress caused by work
  • Participants work in teams to match cards describing workplace challenges with their practical solutions, in the form of Yogist breaks
  • 20% theory, 80% practice!
