Feedback more than six months after Yogist corporate sessions
Every month, we enjoy sharing testimonials from our corporate clients. We usually hear from the Human Resources or Communications departments—specifically, the contacts we work with to implement Yogist services for their teams. This month, we collected responses to a satisfaction survey, which we send out immediately after our session and again six months later. After reading this feedback, we felt it was essential to share it with you, in the form of direct quotes. Nothing beats hearing directly from those who have benefited from the Yogist workshops! For ethical reasons, we will not mention the client companies from which these testimonials come, nor the names of the people who wrote them.

“Great job!! I mentioned it to my yoga instructor, who said it was wonderful that a company was offering this. She also explained that scheduling the sessions on Monday mornings allows us to benefit from them all week long.”
“That’s great. I should do this more often during the week to really reap the benefits! Because I don’t take the time to do it on my own.”

“This confirms what my physical therapist told me.”
“The exercises we went over in the session can be done at home, and that feels good.”
“I already get plenty of exercise, including Pilates and yoga, so I can’t really tell the difference, but the approach to work and remote work is interesting.”
“I often do stretching exercises for my sciatic pain. I’m experiencing less and less pain.”
“It’s a long-term process, but it fosters a mindset that can help us stay attuned to ourselves and thus better manage various situations (stress, fatigue, pain, etc.).”
“You’d have to redo the exercises afterward and often, which is why it’s helpful to be able to review them on replay.”
“It helped me manage my breathing better.”
Have these Yogist breaks had a positive effect on your mental well-being?

That’s it for now! Inspiring, isn’t it? You can certainly supplement these testimonials with our interviews with the managers who have implemented Yogist workshops in their companies. We always strive to describe how Yogist workshops unfold in the workplace as accurately as possible, but these “insider” testimonials offer a relevant and objective perspective. In fact, if you’ve benefited from the Yogist method and would like to share your experience, we’d love to hear from you! Contact us so we can set up an interview.
