Why not make yourself some golden milk, the ultimate Yogist recipe?
Bring to a boil a cup of water with a crushed turmeric root (or a teaspoon of turmeric paste), a few cardamom seeds, and several peppercorns.
Next, add a cup of plant-based milk (almond milk, oat milk, etc.) and a teaspoon of unrefined sugar. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
That’s better than a cup of coffee—for both your body and your mind!
