  • Yogist offers: in-person and online workshop sessions, held in offices and factories

The first in-person sessions were canceled due to the lockdown

Between 2020 and 2022, we conducted in-person prevention sessions at Air Liquide’s headquarters in Cergy, followed by virtual sessions during lockdowns for the teams at Air Liquide France Industries.

Building on the success of these initial workshops, which were very well received, the group’s HR department brought Yogist on board for the following year.

Factory deployment in 2023

As part of an initiative to raise awareness about burnout, a prevention campaign was launched at three pilot sites in Lyon Saint-Priest, Vitrolles, and Sandouville, featuring three days of “Yogist mobile sessions” designed to teach participants how to work without burning out. In this post-COVID year, the workshops were held on-site at each location:

  • a prevention workshop held in the open-plan offices at the Saint-Priest office complex (200 people)
  • a prevention workshop for employees at the Vitrolles packaging facility (60 people)
  • a prevention workshop for technicians at the Sandouville production plant (60 people)

A Well At Work®-certified facilitator from Yogist organized wellness workshops at each location to demonstrate proper movements and postures for stress and pain relief tailored to the teams’ specific jobs. The sessions consisted of 15-minute mini-workshops held in small groups, conducted at the workstations whenever possible.

Yogist: The obvious solution to teams' needs

Employees at the Saint Priest office then learned how to move around and breathe properly while spending their days sitting in front of a screen.

For operators and technicians at the primary and secondary sites in Vitrolles and Sandouville, this involved:

  • strengthen your body to keep your muscles "warmed up" all day long and prevent injuries;
  • to relax after a procedure, a setback, or a day’s work to prevent musculoskeletal disorders;
  • stay focused so you can respond quickly to any issues, and then relax during and after the workday.

CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS

First of all, I’d like to thank Yogist for the wonderful day we spent with Eugénie. All the participants are convinced of the benefits that come from regularly practicing the various routines. Some even do them spontaneously from time to time. Both as a preventive measure and for healing! The majority of participants are fully convinced. Knowing the people involved, that’s a testament to how great a job Eugénie did. A big THANK YOU to her.
