La Poste Group

Yogist has raised awareness within La Poste Group. Testimonial.

Anne-Charlotte Vuccino, founder and CEO of Yogist, led a three-hour workshop for the team of Alexandra Mauraisin, Brand Director at La Poste Group. We collected feedback from the team following our session. Here’s a selection!

What did the team think of the Yogist method?

Alexandra Mauraisin:

The whole team was thrilled. It’s amazing—even the most skeptical and resistant members got on board.

A week later, they’re still talking among themselves about the exercises they can do based on their individual needs. I think Yogist has helped raise awareness. The method is very accessible—suitable for everyone—and can lead to more in-depth and regular practice.

How did they adapt the method?

Anne-Charlotte has created a supportive environment around the Yogist method. This fosters a sense of trust, and everyone takes the practice for themselves. There’s no judgment of others, and we don’t compare ourselves to anyone else. It becomes a personal experience within a group setting, and everyone feels at ease.

Christophe, for example, has a wife who meditates, and that made him want to try it with her.

The team was so relaxed during the Yogist break that nobody checked their phones; they completely forgot about them for a moment—which is a huge deal these days! They really treated it as some “me time,” a gift.

The employees got to play a round of the Well At Work® game—what did they think of it?

The Well At Work® Game is a format that works exceptionally well in corporate settings. These days, corporate budgets are extremely tight, so in-person seminars aren’t always feasible. Plus, for new mothers, organizing a seminar that requires travel is more complicated. This format, however, is simple. The Yogist workshop is perfectly suited to it—it’s both work and not work at the same time.

“I get the sense that they saw this as a generous gesture intended to benefit them and improve efficiency.”

What’s impressive is that we managed to get everyone on board with the initiative. With 25 people, that’s no easy feat! It has to be said that the story of how Anne-Charlotte founded Yogist is truly inspiring and explains why we’re all here. It naturally fosters a sense of commitment.
