Since 2019, Yogist has been part of Crédit Agricole SA’s workplace wellness program. The integration has been implemented gradually, based on the teams’ needs. Here’s the story.

The Needs and Challenges of Crédit Agricole SA
Crédit Agricole SA is a major corporation with approximately 80,000 employees. The challenge arose in 2019: to support and engage teams and create a comprehensive workplace wellness program. To address this, the Group’s HR department established a partnership with Yogist, whose mission is to keep employees healthy in the digital age, using a method validated by osteopaths and psycho-ergonomists in occupational medicine.
Yogist initiatives implemented over the years
- First initiative: a presentation at a quarterly HR plenary meeting in 2019, organized by the Group’s HR department. About 100 employees attended.
- Following this initial success, we were called upon again during the 2020 lockdown. We then provided remote support to teams to meet their health and safety needs. This was followed by the rollout of our remote services, including:
- The first corporate yoga class, bringing together 3,000 employees!

- 15 short videos, each 5 minutes long, available in English and French, and freely accessible so you can watch them at your own pace

- mobile sessions held throughout QVCT Week, led by certified Yogist instructors who visit offices
Going the extra mile and always providing a personalized service
Following this experience, we wanted to take things even further with the teams at this major company. In particular, here are the latest initiatives we’ve launched with Yogist to promote workplace well-being:
- We have trained in-house Yogist-certified facilitators, who can in turn lead workshops on preventing stress and musculoskeletal disorders for their colleagues. For example, a nurse at the medical office on one of the group’s two campuses leads these workshops and takes advantage of employees’ medical checkups to teach them exercises tailored to their specific needs.
- We have designed customized experiences for several subsidiaries of the Crédit Agricole Group (Crédit Agricole Ile-de-France, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring, Crédit Agricole Assurances)
- We have rolled out an awareness and training program for in-person teams at bank branches.

And what a memory! We rolled out a ready-made program, organized corporate yoga classes via video conference, and launched a dedicated page on the group’s HR intranet… We created a great HR initiative for Crédit Agricole SA to support our employees as we emerged from lockdown!
